Hiring Proactive Virtual Assistants – Crypto Outreach & Messaging

Job Description:
We are looking for five highly proactive Virtual Assistants to help with crypto project research and large-scale outreach. This role involves finding cryptocurrency projects, collecting Telegram links, and sending outreach messages using a provided template. Each VA will manage 100 Telegram accounts and send 1,500–2,000 messages per day.

Responsibilities:
- Search for crypto projects using Dexscreener (filters provided)
- Verify projects have an icon and a Telegram link
- Join project Telegram groups & log links in a Google Spreadsheet
- Check for duplicate links before outreach
- Manage 100 Telegram accounts for messaging
- Send 1,500–2,000 messages daily using a pre-written template
- Forward all replies to the manager immediately
- Set up a group chat for positive responses and share the link

Requirements:
- Highly proactive and able to take initiative
- Flexible availability – Must be willing to work across different time zones
- Ability to handle high-volume messaging (1,500–2,000 per day)
- Familiarity with Telegram & Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow steps precisely
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
