Welcome to Ibex Australia, we are a family owned and operated business in Australia, running on NetSuite. We need help to develop and maximise the efficiency and usability of our NetSuite ERP System.

The role will be broken down into 3 key areas:
1. Module Implementation support
2. NetSuite development - customisations
3. NetSuite development - standard (New Release Features etc.)

Implementation support
Leading implementation of new modules required to improve efficiency of current daily process.
Modules we plan to implement are as follows.
2. Advanced Order Management – Automated allocation of order processing
3. NetSuite WMS
4. Integrated Freight Solution – TMS - ReadyFreight
5. Landed Cost – to be configured in the current Advanced inventory module.
6. Fixed Asset Module
7. NSAW Module
7. Account Reconciliation Module
8. Manufacturing (Still to be dUpgrade to see actual info)

System customized development
This section of the role will focus on various workflows and customization to develop NetSuite.

System standard development
The NetSuite Specialist will also be responsible for introducing NetSuite new releases into our everyday processes, and documenting and helping the team understand how to use these new features.
The role will also focus on investigating and implementing any SuiteApps available to us that we could benefit from. For example, configuring the Supply Chain Management App, particular to allow as to include customers part numbers on sales orders.
We are aware there are many more apps, functions, features available, (some already in our system, that have not yet been configured), that we could start to utilize to gain significant improvement.
Optimize the NetSuite roles used by each employer, to make sure they have all the required access, and that no access is available to information that may be a breach of privacy to that role.

Training
To begin with, Sharlia (PA & Improvements Manager) would work with the candidate to provide an understanding on the company, who we are, and how the company currently runs. The candidate would spend time with Sharlia and key department managers, to get an understanding of the features, systems and process currently used on a daily basis within Ibex. The candidate would then identify where we are not using best practises or where we are not using certain features suited to our operations, as well as where there are offerings available that could significantly improve the processes and the functionality of each department. The candidate would then make recommendations for improvement, and implement these recommendations in the Ibex NetSuite system, either as standard or customised development.
