Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in data entry and e-commerce order management? We are an e-commerce company handling all verticals for clients, and we're looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant to manage assigned client accounts.

Job Details:
- Shift: 9 PM - 5 AM (US Eastern Time) + extra meeting hours
- Pay: $600/month (biweekly payments)
- Location: Fully remote (must have a stable internet connection)
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Place, track, manage, and audit e-commerce orders to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain order records and update databases in real-time
- Assist in identifying and resolving order discrepancies
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding order status and fulfillment
- Call suppliers to confirm details and ensure timely deliveries
- Handle basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements (Must-Have Experience in the Following):

? Google Sheets / Excel Proficiency
? E-commerce Order Processing (placing, tracking, managing, and auditing orders)
? Graveyard Shift Experience (9 PM - 5 AM EST)
