Podcast Style Video Editor Needed

I am looking for a talented video editor to join my team and help transform podcast videos into engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram!

Must have strong experience with podcast video editing and know how to create compelling visual stories from podcast content.

Must be skilled with editing tools and know how to blend podcast footage, complementary visuals, and dynamic effects to create scroll-stopping content!

Please do not apply if you lack experience with podcast content optimization, visual storytelling, and editing tools. You must provide samples of TikTok/Instagram videos you've created from podcast content with proven engagement results!

Monthly Videos:

- Looking for 50 short-form videos per month (about 1-2 per business day)
- Videos will be 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Will tech you how to find podcast videos that you'll need to edit into compelling clips
- Must know how to identify and enhance key moments from podcast conversations
- You can work in your own time zone that produces your best work
- Must understand audience retention principles and how to structure videos that engage

Your Skills:

- Master at identifying high-impact moments from long-form podcast content
- Expert at creating dynamic visual elements to enhance audio content
- Pro at adding engaging visual effects and animations to podcast clips
- Skilled with video editing software (Adobe Premier Pro, CapCut, or your preferred tool)
- Amazing at communication and meeting deadlines
- Must know how to create engaging visual stories from video content
