JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the owner of a growing VA business specializing in serving trade businesses in Australia. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with experience in various administrative, financial, and potentially social media tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ad hoc administrative tasks
Reconciling transactions in Xero and QuickBooks

Email
management
Coding invoices in MYOB
Booking jobs and managing related tasks (e.g., adding PO numbers) in ServiceM8
Personal tasks for the business owner
Research
Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Invoicing in Xero and QuickBooks
Potentially some social media engagement
Software Proficiency:

The ideal candidate will be proficient in various software platforms, including Xero, QuickBooks, Google Suite, MYOB, and ServiceM8. Experience with LastPass, Facebook, Instagram, Wise, Voxer, WhatsApp, and Asana is also highly desirable.

Job Details:
15 hours / week - 3 hrs per day, flexible schedule (within Australian Business Hours)
10 AUD / 368 PHP per hour
