- Championing Cloud Productivity: Provide expert technical support and administration for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, ensuring our clients' seamless and secure access to email, collaboration tools, and cloud storage, all while working remotely and on-premise.
- Masterminding Ticket Management: Ensure timely resolution of client issues, adhering to strict SLAs.
- Technical Wizardry at Your Fingertips: Provide expert technical support and guidance to our esteemed clientele.
- Network Ninja: Remotely and Onsite, maintain and support clients' network infrastructure, keeping their digital operations smooth and secure.
- IT Strategist: Review clients' IT landscapes and recommend enhancements to optimise their digital resilience.
- Cloud Maestro: Maintain internal cloud server infrastructure and contribute to exciting internal projects.
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Assist the projects team and other departments whenever needed, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and collaboration.

Your Technical Arsenal

To excel in this role, you'll need a solid technical foundation, including:

- Technical Expertise: A minimum of 3 years experience in a helpdesk environment, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Outsourced IT Helpdesk setup, with a strong focus on supporting and administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Communication Elite: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Networking Guru: Solid IT networking skills, including an understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Cloud Confidant: Experience with cloud environments like Azure, AWS, and GCP is a valuable asset.
- Adaptability and Agility: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
- Organisation and Prioritisation: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively, working autonomously while collaborating seamlessly.
- Ownership and Initiative: Embrace ownership of issues, seeing them through to completion with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- IT Certifications: IT-related certifications, such as CCNA, CompTIA A+ or Network+, are a bonus but not mandatory.
