Mid-Level Developer (Remote)

Job Overview
We are looking for a mid-level developer to work full-time on a web scraping and automation application. You’ll collaborate closely with a senior developer (the business owner) to build and maintain software that automatically collects data from external websites and triggers specific actions based on predefined conditions. Key Responsibilities
• Web Scraping & Data Extraction: Implement and optimize solutions to scrape data from various websites efficiently.
• Automation & Logic: Develop and refine features to automate actions once certain conditions are met.
• Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Debugging & Testing: Diagnose issues, fix bugs, and ensure the application runs reliably.
• Collaborative Development: Work with the senior developer for code reviews, technical guidance, and regular feedback.

Requirements
• Strong Development Experience: Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, including OOP, LINQ, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Application Development: Experience in building and maintaining applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze, debug, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Self-Sufficient & Proactive: Capable of working independently while taking ownership of tasks.
• At Least 2 Years of Experience: Proven experience in software development, preferably with web scraping or automation projects.

Nice to Have
• React.js & TypeScript: Familiarity with front-end development is appreciated but not required.
• Async Programming: Knowledge of async/await and concurrent programming.
• Web Scraping Tools: Experience with libraries like HtmlAgilityPack, HttpClient, Puppeteer, or Selenium.
• Version Control: Comfortable using Git for source control and collaboration.
