SAP Ariba Consultant (Jr. / Mid)

As an SAP Ariba Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing technical solutions aligned with client requirements. This includes conducting business needs analysis, identifying key challenges, and designing optimized business processes. You will collaborate with client teams to assess current capabilities, translate requirements into test conditions, and support system integration and user acceptance testing. Additionally, you will oversee deployment activities, ensure desired outcomes are met, and provide ongoing application management support. This role also involves assisting in pre-sales efforts, proposal development, and securing project opportunities.


MAIN DUTIES:
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
- Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed design.
- Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes.
- Analyze and design the “to-be” business processes.
- Work with the business process team, client team to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance (if applicable), system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes.
- Support and pursuits team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects.
- Works with sales on pre- sales activities.
- Application Management support and business operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience is focused on the Ariba Upstream modules such as Ariba Sourcing-to-Contract Suite and Ariba Supplier Management.
- For Supplier Management experience, candidate must have implementation experience with Supplier and Lifecycle Performance and Supplier Risk modules.
- At least 5 years of experience is required for the role.??
- At least 4 full cycle implementations on SAP Ariba On-Demand, with specific involvement in Design, Architecture Review, Testing.?
- Integration knowledge to S4HANA (public and private cloud) is a great plus
- Self-motivated and open to learning.
- A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
- Flexible in project arrangements (potential on site depending on customer)
