Source and engage high-quality talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Conduct interviews and partner with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.
Strengthen our employer brand and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition or sales.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
Ability to work autonomously and meet recruitment deadlines.
