Experienced Bookkeeper with CommerceHub & eZCom Expertise Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper familiar with CommerceHub and eZCom to join our team and help manage our financial records with precision and accuracy.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in:

Managing and reconciling transactions from CommerceHub and eZCom.
Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Processing invoices, payments, and tracking vendor/customer balances.
Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assisting with financial reporting and month-end reconciliation.
Collaborating with the team to streamline bookkeeping workflows.
Solving issues independently and proactively, including making calls and taking necessary steps to resolve challenges.
Requirements:

Experience with CommerceHub and eZCom (a must).
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Position Details:

Location: Remote
Hours: Full-Time, NY Time Zone 9-5
