We’re looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Media Buyer & Creative Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing, optimizing, and scaling our clients’ ad campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Manage & Optimize Ad Accounts: Conduct daily account checks, analyze performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure peak results.
2. Strategy Development: Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, and copy to improve campaign performance.
3. Ad Creative Design: Create high-quality graphics for ads using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
4. Write Engaging Ad Copy: Develop compelling copy that speaks directly to the target audience and drives conversions.
5. Report & Communicate: Provide regular updates on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience running successful Facebook Ads for lead generation (preferably in service-based industries).
2. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, pixel tracking, and retargeting strategies.
3. Ability to design eye-catching ad creatives that convert.
4. Strong copywriting skills to craft high-converting ad text.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
