We are looking for a Circle expert to develop and manage our online community with a strong focus on engagement, organization, and growth. The right person will be able to strategically design community areas, set up automated systems, and ensure an interactive and valuable experience for members.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Developing and optimizing the Circle community structure
Setting up drip campaigns to enhance engagement and retention
Creating and managing live events within the community
Setting up various community areas tailored for different user segments
Implementing badges, prizes, and gamification to incentivize participation
Recruiting and managing moderators to maintain a high-level user experience
Designing clean, systematic, and visually appealing layouts
Ensuring the community aligns with our brand and mission

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing and building communities on Circle
Strong organizational skills to create efficient and structured setups
Experience setting up drip campaigns, automated workflows, and live events
Ability to integrate badges, incentives, and engagement systems
A keen eye for design and structuring a user-friendly platform
Self-starter attitude with the ability to take ownership and execute efficiently
