Competitive Pay + Performance Bonuses!

Base Salary: 50,000 – 75,000 PHP per month ($880 – $1,320 USD) Based on Experience
Bonuses per deal closed
Full-time & long-term position – We’re looking for someone to grow with our team!
All tools provided – We supply Aircall for calls & access to our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent English fluency – You will be engaging with English-speaking clients daily.
Sales experience – You must be confident in building relationships over the phone.
Self-sufficient & motivated – No micromanagement here; we need someone who takes initiative.
Strong internet connection & reliable remote setup – Required for VOIP phone calls and communications.
Experience in professional email and client communication (preferred).
Experience with HubSpot (a plus but not required).

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Speaking with new leads – You will be the first point of contact for potential clients.
Booking sales appointments – Scheduling qualified meetings for our sales team.
Following up on quotes – Ensuring clients move forward with their inquiries.
Helping close sales – Supporting the sales team to convert prospects into customers.
Engaging in client calls daily – This is a phone-heavy role, so you must be comfortable talking to people!
