About Us:
Health 1st is a neurological chiropractic clinic dedicated to serving families, with a strong focus on prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care. We are passionate about helping our patients achieve optimal health through natural, holistic approaches. Our practice is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help us connect with more families who can benefit from our care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant with experience in marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will assist with designing marketing materials, developing landing pages for events and internal promotions, managing email drip campaigns, editing short-form videos for social media, and creating engaging social media posts.

This role requires proficiency in Canva, Go High Level, and Wix, with a preference for those familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). The right candidate should have a passion for health and wellness and be eager to support a practice that prioritizes family and pediatric chiropractic care.

Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital ads) using Canva.

Build and manage landing pages for events and promotional campaigns on Wix.

Develop and schedule email drip campaigns through Go High Level.

Edit and create short-form videos for social media engagement.

Craft engaging and educational social media posts aligned with our clinic’s mission.

Assist with basic website updates and content uploads on Wix.

Support internal marketing efforts, including patient education materials.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
? Proficiency in Canva, Go High Level, and Wix.
? Experience creating marketing materials and digital content.
? Strong writing and communication skills.
? Basic video editing skills for social media posts.
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
? Understanding of holistic wellness, chiropractic, or family healthcare is preferred.
? Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring creative ideas to the table.
