Job Responsibilities:
? Administrative Support:
Manage
Organize and maintain digital files and client records
Assist with document preparation, policy applications, and follow-ups
Handle data entry and maintain CRM systems
? Client & Agent Communication:
Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
Follow up with clients regarding paperwork, policy updates, and payments
Coordinate with insurance carriers and agents as needed
? Marketing & Social Media Support:
Assist in managing social media accounts (posting, engaging with followers)
Draft and schedule
Help create simple marketing materials or presentations
? Other Support Tasks:
Research industry trends and competitors
Prepare reports and summaries as needed
Assist with onboarding new clients or agents
Qualifications:
? Experience in administrative support, preferably in insurance or financial services
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
