We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable Personal Assistant to help with a mix of insurance-related tasks and general personal/administrative duties . While experience in insurance (especially National Life Group &
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with insurance-related admin tasks, client follow-ups, and basic documentation.
- Support Turo (car rental) and Airbnb (short-term rental) management, including scheduling, guest coordination, and follow-ups.
- Manage
- Help with personal errands and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Provide problem-solving support and critical thinking for various projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in insurance (National Life Group & Xcel Solutions a plus, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with Turo & Airbnb or willingness to learn.
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
