Expert Facebook Marketing Specialist

Growing agency looking for a full-time Facebook Marketing Specialist. Must be highly responsive, available 40 hours a week from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time, and work exclusively for our company.

Excellent English is needed for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to create duplicates of existing campaigns and campaign templates.
- Set targeting parameters such as radius and use Lookalike Audiences.
- Adapt audiences based on campaign performance, identifying and addressing struggling campaigns.
- Manually audit ads to ensure the lowest cost per result.
- Create new campaigns based on well-established audiences and templates, following SOPs closely.
- Monitor campaigns to maintain cost per result within company expectations.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Facebook Ads Expert with extensive experience in Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience on other social media advertising platforms encouraged.
- Ability to analyze results and utilize advanced methods to lower cost per lead.
