We are looking for HR Coordinator with the following experience:

Job Requirements;

1. A day-to-day would encompass :

a. Recruitment

b. Scheduling, answering phone calls

c. Onboarding

d. Offboarding

e. Billing

f. Payroll

g. Compensation & Benefits

h. Administrative Taskings

i. Interviewing

j. Training

k. Must be good at Math

> Answer front-end/back-end office calls/Phone Support - notating all calls you make and receive
> Scheduling - maintain the scheduling requirements (for example, shift schedule requests - follow up on those who may not have clocked in and/or clocked out)
> Case Management/Compliance - Daily log completion making sure staff are in compliance with clocking in and clocking out and progress notes and making sure staff are in compliance with their credentials
> Respond to staff inquiries out in the communities
>Complete OS Board
>Send commitment packet
>Review Acceptance letters
>Send Team Meeting Forms
>Update Intake Board and Referral Board
>Utilizing Promise to check update regarding individual's waiver
>Utilizing HCSIS to check update if individual is authorized
>Will do Tasking Board
>Adding information to the calendar like team meetings or Meet & Greet

Candidate Sourcing:
To identify potential candidates, utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Proactively search for and engage with passive candidates.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' fit with the position and company culture.

Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed about their status and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance and Legal Requirements:
Maintain equal opportunity and diversity in the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Summary: This position: is responsible for growing the Agency by implementing growth plans that results in obtaining and retaining the targeted number of consumers; works closely with Direct Support Professionals, Families, Individuals and Supports Coordinators to ensure continuity of care and that the proper level of service is delivered to the consumers and performs administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
