We’re looking for a highly skilled YouTube Thumbnail & Flyer Designer with a proven track record of working with major brands and creating eye-catching, high-converting thumbnails and promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

? Design high-quality, scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement.
? Create visually compelling flyers for promotions, events, and content marketing.
? Follow best practices for YouTube CTR (Click-Through Rate) optimization.
? Ensure branding consistency across all designs.
? Research and analyze top-performing thumbnails to stay ahead of trends.
? Work closely with content creators and marketers to align visuals with the brand’s vision.
? Make revisions based on feedback and performance data.

Requirements:
