Amazon Store Manager & Executive Assistant (Remote)

About Us
Serene Haven is a growing brand specializing in baby and maternity products, selling primarily on Amazon and expanding into Shopify. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Amazon Store Manager & Executive Assistant to help oversee operations, manage communication, and drive brand growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong eCommerce experience, leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Store Management
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon store
Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing, compliance, and inventory issues
Monitor and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ Content)
Track and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
Assist with Amazon PPC campaign tracking and performance analysis
Product Research & Supplier Coordination
Conduct market research to identify profitable product opportunities
Source and communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and manage orders
Keep track of new product trends and competitor strategies
Supplier & Freight Forwarder Communication
Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers and negotiate for better pricing and terms
Coordinate shipments via Alibaba, freight forwarders, and Amazon FBA warehouses
Handle logistics, including customs clearance, shipping schedules, and inventory tracking
Ensure smooth delivery of goods from suppliers to Amazon fulfillment centers
Shopify & Website Management
Maintain and update our Shopify store (product pages, landing pages, promotions)
Implement conversion optimization strategies
Set up and manage third-party integrations
Marketing & Social Media
Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram,
Research and engage with influencers for potential brand partnerships
Assist with
Customer Support &
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues on Amazon, Shopify, and social media
Respond to reviews and feedback to maintain positive brand reputation
Organize and manage
Executive Assistant & Operations Support
Maintain key documents, records, and SOPs to streamline operations
Keep track of important business deadlines (product launches, inventory restocks, promotions)
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training future tea
Provide general administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Amazon FBA store management and eCommerce operations
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (listing management, inventory, support cases, etc.)
Experience in supplier communication and shipment coordination via Alibaba and freight forwarders
Familiarity with Shopify and basic website management
Strong customer service and
Knowledge of Amazon PPC, SEO, and digital marketing is a plus
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
