Website / Landing Page HTML

I need someone who can do simple html, java and some php. Be able to quickly build, customize and edit simple html pages. Also able to rip/clone websites we give (are usually landing pages that are simple, or quizs).

Need to have good communication, fast worker, and be available, not dissapear.

Adobe/Photoshop skill set is also a bonus and helpful.

This job is a longterm project, we need a web developer with speed.
