I am a Pet Photographer based in the US in search of a freelance lightroom photo editor to assist in editing photos. I would like someone already familiar with lightroom, but can show consistency in work based upon my editing style(you will be trained to this style).
The process will include:
Photographer sending a lightroom catalog of images from the session. These will have been culled and run through an initial AI editor.
Review images to quality check the AI images including color balance/exposure
Utilize lightroom masks/brushes/radial filters to further enhance subject
If needed utilize background mask/radial filters to minimize background distractions
Utilize healing/remove tools to remove minimal distractions on subject
Keyword photos with dog, breed if known, and any other items appropriate for photo
Alt tags
Job assignments generally consist of 20-60 images and would be expected to have a 2 business day turnaround and be paid on a per image basis of 0.10 USD per image.

What I AM looking for:
Dedicated, organized person that is a quick learner, smart, strong in English and meets deadlines.
Diligence and efficient performance is more important than years of experience.
You should have the ability to work independently but coordinate with a team
You should have a strong familiarity and comfort utilizing Lightroom
Every month will be slightly different based on workload and is sporadic. Some weeks may not have any editing required, while other weeks may have 2-3 sessions of about 20-60 images each for editing. This job would require access to lightroom and would be paid at a per image rate.
