I’m looking for a talented designer to create and animate a custom Twitch streaming overlay. This is a one-time job, but I frequently need new graphics, so there may be more opportunities in the future.

What I need:
A unique, high-quality Twitch overlay design (League of Legends theme)
Smooth and professional-looking animations (not too complex, but fluid)
The final files must be optimized for streaming
