Role: Graphic Design and Content Editing
• Developing and editing visual concepts, graphics, videos, and layouts for digital assets including website graphics, social posts,
• Develop e-content needs across Amazon and DTC, optimizing content for best-in-class performance - including enhanced branded content / A+ Pages on Amazon as well as optimize our online Amazon Store
• Presenting design concepts and ideas to internal teams and 3rd party relationships and incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Ensuring all designs meet the brand’s standard and align with project briefs and brand guidelines.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrating new resources/techniques where needed.
• Work closely with the internal team and 3rd party relationships on the development and execution of paid media content that align with the brand and objectives.
• Ensure consistency in creatives across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display, by working closely with the internal teams and adhering to the planned marketing calendar.
• Coordinate with the internal teams to align campaign creatives with the overall marketing strategy.
• Support for other digital activations (sampling, paid giveaways, boosting) to help with customer acquisition.

• Plan, execute, and manage Social Media Ad creatives on platforms such as Instagram,
• Create compelling ad creatives to resonate with the target audiences.
• Monitor creative for ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize images/video to drive desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with the internal teams and 3rd party relationships to ensure ad content aligns with the brand messaging and objectives.
• Coordinate website updates with the internal teams.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative ad creative concepts, including messaging and design variants, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the internal team and 3rd party relationships to improve the visual and textual elements of ads.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a graphic designer (3+ years)
• Proficiency in design and motion graphics software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) Must be advanced in layering techniques for content creation.
• Proficient in video editing for social platforms such as You Tube, Tik Tok, and IG.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• You can use raw footage to produce and edit engaging photos, videos, and reels.
• You’ve helped develop and implement playbooks, including social channels,
• Strong writing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Open to new projects, can juggle multiple tasks, and are comfortable presenting on camera.
• Self-driven, can work independently, and take ownership of projects.
• Knowledge and interest in the pet industry, a plus.
