Are you passionate about helping people regain control of their finances? Do you have a deep understanding of the U.S. banking and financial system? Are you experienced in handling high-pressure conversations and resolving client concerns with professionalism and empathy?
If so, Swift Made Solutions is looking for a Financial Specialist / Account Retention Manager to join our team! You’ll play a vital role in guiding clients through our debt relief program, helping them understand their options, and ensuring they stay committed to their financial goals.
What You'll Do:
Client Consultations: Speak with clients daily about their financial situation, explain program details, and provide expert financial guidance.
Account Retention: Handle client concerns, answer questions, and proactively address objections to keep them engaged in the program.
Problem-Solving: Work with irate, confused, or frustrated clients, helping them feel confident and informed about their financial decisions.
Financial Education: Help clients understand how debt works, credit implications, and their rights within the U.S. financial system.
Task Prioritization: Manage multiple client accounts, follow up on payment plans, and ensure timely resolutions.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all interactions align with financial regulations and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
Finance & Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of the U.S. financial system, debt relief options, credit reporting, and consumer rights.
Client Retention & Customer Service: Experience in handling irate/confused clients and turning difficult conversations into positive outcomes.
Strong Communication & Rapport-Building Skills: Ability to explain complex financial topics in simple terms and build trust with clients.
Task Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage follow-ups, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and handle objections while keeping clients focused on financial solutions.
Experience: 2+ years in finance, banking, debt relief, collections, or customer retention.
