Legal guardianship, Elder Protection and Financial Exploitation Investigator

Someone is financially exploiting my mom who has dementia financially and has been for many years. . My mom lives with this person willingly and the person is a disbarred lawyer with a history of financially exploiting her clients. She also controls my mom and is soliciting me financially while confining my mother. I am in need of help researching my options, as legal guardianship seems uncertain, so perhaps a contract agreement with my mom’s manipulator. Also help organizing my evidence, communications and criminal investigation of the manipulator. Look up documents about her that are only accessible by lawyers, print notarize and determine the names of the previous parties lawyers who held cases against this manipulator. Perhaps direct me to other organizations who can help. I need someone who is passionate about elder advocacy, tactful, effective, able to look at all of the issues, and highly organized and can appreciate the urgency of the situation and my moms safety.
