Yo! I'm Reece Wallace, Founder of Tip-Top Media Co. and we are on the hunt for a well-rounded Social Media Ad Specialist to join the team as soon as possible!
Our fast-growing agency is LEAD GEN FOCUSED. We work with a range of clients and want to create a fun, empowering and creative working environment.
We are looking for someone to take on 4-8 Ad Accounts, with budgets of between £300-£4000+ per month to produce quality leads via
This role requires 3+ years Media Buying experience and a strategic, creative mindset. You will be working primarily with our Co-Founder Josh, who heads up the Ad Management & Delivery side of the business and our two Account Managers who are based in the UK.
Our drive is simple - we strive to "deliver what we sell" and therefore this role will be perfect for you if you want the freedom to deliver great results, build great relationships and fundamentally keep our client’s ad accounts profitable. We place an emphasis on client success and retention and we’re looking for someone who shares these values as us.
Any tough or commercial conversations with the client, please don’t worry – that is not part of the job description, myself, my co-founder Josh and our Account Managers are here to handle those.
The important stuff…
Must haves:
• Great communication skills (Fluent English in all forms)
• Deep experience of
• Intermediate - Expert Ad Buying experience (examples will be required)
• Completely results focused and self-motivated personality.
• Broad industry experience (or ability/willingness to learn quickly)
• Understanding of how to implement efficient tracking
• Experience with photo editing software such as Photoshop/Lightroom to create best-in-class creatives. (examples will be required)
• Experience in the Health Care sector (Chiropractors preferable)
Nice to haves:
• Experience with Financial Services Media Buying
• Experience with Home Improvement Media Buying
• Basic video editing experience
• Experience with GoHighLevel
When and Where:
• Completely remote and very autonomous.
• Part Time / Full Time (however you can work 1 hour per week if your Ad Accounts are all optimised… ha!).
• Flexible working hours (not fixed) - as long as you are responsive and can ensure quality of service (UK 9-5pm availability required).
The role is for you if you’re looking for a completely remote, autonomous role that you can make your own. As we can take on accounts, if you’re smashing it – then you will have first refusal for additional accounts but no pressure to take them on.
