Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit high-quality podcast video and audio that aligns with our client’s unique voice and mission.
2. Enhance audio clarity and production quality to deliver a professional, immersive listening experience.
3. Create dynamic, engaging video edits that capture the essence of the message, integrating captions, B-roll, and stock footage as needed.
4. Format and optimize content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
5. Ensure every piece of content aligns with the brand’s purpose—because every message has the power to shift someone’s life.

Who We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in podcast editing (please provide a portfolio—your work speaks louder than words).
2. Proficiency in Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audition, or similar tools.
3. A strong sense of storytelling—knowing how to craft a message that moves people.
4. Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence. We believe in quality over quantity.
5. Someone who aligns with faith-driven, purpose-driven brands and understands the deeper impact of content.
