Go High Level (GHL) Setup & Automation Specialist for Service Area Businesses
Overview
I run a small (but growing) digital marketing agency focused on Service Area Businesses (SABs) (e.g., plumbers, electricians, cleaning services). I’m looking for a Go High Level (GHL) specialist who can set up, customize, and maintain sub-accounts for my agency’s clients—especially focusing on call tracking, automations, funnels, and ads integration.

Responsibilities
• GHL Account Setup & Configuration
• Create and configure new sub-accounts for each client.
• Implement best practices for SAB lead capture and contact management.
• Integrate call tracking (phone numbers, call flows, call recordings) and ensure reporting is accurate.
• Workflow & Automation
• Build automations for lead nurturing
• Set up pipelines and workflows tailored to each SAB’s service offerings.
• Ensure clients receive real-time notifications of new leads or missed calls.
• Ad & Funnel Integration
• Connect Google Ads and/or?
• Set up landing pages or funnels within GHL (or connect to external pages) to capture leads effectively.
• Monitor funnel performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Configure dashboards for each client so they see KPI metrics (calls, leads, appointments).
• Provide monthly or weekly reports on lead flow, call activity, and conversions.
• Troubleshoot any data discrepancies or tracking issues.
• Maintenance & Ongoing Support
• Update clients’ sub-accounts as needed (new automations, additional services).

Must-Have Skills & Experience
• Proficiency in Go High Level: Setting up sub-accounts, funnels, automation workflows, and call tracking.
• Service Area Business Understanding: Familiar with how SABs operate and what type of automations/funnels they typically need.
• Strong Technical Aptitude: Able to troubleshoot integrations (e.g., Twilio,
• Communication & Documentation: Clear, concise communication in English; ability to document changes and provide progress updates.
Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)
• Basic Digital Marketing: Familiarity with Google Ads,
• Sales Funnel Optimization: Experience creating high-converting landing pages or multi-step funnels.
• Copywriting Skills: Ability to write or refine
• Previous Agency Experience: Understanding of client reporting, multiple sub-account management, and scaling processes.
