We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to join our Operations Team. This role will play a key part in supporting our retail managers by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending opportunities for improvement. The Analyst will work with franchise dashboards, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic insights and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and manipulate data from various sources.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that address business challenges.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in data analysis and visualization.
Perform ad hoc analysis and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $6 USD per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
