We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative & Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, actively engaging with potential clients, converting leads, and contributing to our business growth, while also ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Sales Representative & Operative at Bike Bubl who can take ownership of sales generation, lead management, and operational support. Your primary focus will be driving sales through proactive outreach, building relationships, and closing deals, while also contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
We need a motivated individual who can provide coverage during our operational hours:
Monday to Thursday (3:00 PM to 9:30 PM UK time), and Saturday (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM UK time).
Your Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls,
• Lead Management: Organize, track, and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion and no missed opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, providing accurate quotes and handling inquiries to secure sales.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service scheduling, supporting a seamless customer journey.
• Sales Process Improvement: Work with management to refine sales strategies, tools, and workflows for optimal performance.
• CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer data, track interactions, and enhance follow-up strategies for better conversion rates.
• Sales Training & Collaboration: Share sales techniques and insights with the team to improve overall performance and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings and sales approach.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple leads and priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and continuous improvement.
