Customer Support superstar wanted!

OTP Clothing ltd are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support agent to look after our growing global customer base.
Dealing with customer inquiries relating to our clothing brand and camp retreats, you will bring the following attributes:
Excellent written English
Experience in Email communication
Experience in Socia Media Communication
Inbox management
Strong work ethic
A positive, friendly attitude!

Experience in Magento website servicing for ecommerce purposes (product updates, stock take, order inquiries, etc) and any Digital Marketing experience will be a big advantage in securing the role.

There is also room for growth beyond these initial core functions into other areas of the business such as dealing with our business clients, and our distribution and supply chain.

Previous eCommerce experience preferred.

Starting salary of $550 pm with potential to increase once trial period has been completed.

Tentative start date of Mid March for the successful applicant.
