We are looking for an experienced Website Project Workflow Manager to manage the workflow of our busy design, development, and delivery teams. You will play a crucial role in keeping projects on track, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

About the Role
As a Website Project Workflow Manager you will oversee the scheduling and workflow of:
1. Designers (ensuring objectives are aligned with client briefing)
2. Frontend Developers (managing build timelines and feedback loops)
3. Backend Developers managing build timelines and feedback loops)
4. Delivery Team (managing testing timelines, ensuring smooth project handovers)
We work in a fast-paced environment with multiple high-quality projects running simultaneously. You will need 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a team that handles multiple web projects at once.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination within a digital agency or web development team
- Experience managing small and large-scale websites from start to finish
- Ability to organize and prioritize work across multiple teams
- Strong attention to detail – our company is focused on high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication skills – our clients are in New Zealand, Australia, and beyond
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to work remotely and independently while being a team player
