Job Description:
We're looking for a process optimizer first-and-foremost who can seamlessly blend project management expertise with ClickUp's capabilities to create highly efficient operational systems. This role requires someone who can think creatively about both technical implementation and team experience.
You will be the founding member of our operations function and will be working directly with our CEO and senior leadership. You will be empowered to make your own decisions and drive your own personal development within the organization. What Success Looks Like:

You'll build ClickUp workflows that consistently achieve target efficiency metrics
You'll know when to automate vs. when to optimize manual processes
You'll create intuitive, fast-moving systems that work seamlessly across all teams
You'll maintain clean, documented processes that others can easily follow
You'll proactively identify and solve operational bottlenecks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of project/operations management experience
Deep expertise in ClickUp and project management methodologies
Experience with process documentation and SOP development
Familiarity with automation tools and workflow optimization
Experience with cross-functional team management
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Most importantly - you enjoy figuring out complex operational challenges

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with other project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analysis
Understanding of change management principles
Experience with process mapping and optimization
Basic understanding of software development principles
Prior startup experience and ability to adapt to changing business requirements
Business acumen and understanding of how operational decisions impact company growth
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with API integrations and workflow automation
Ability to wear multiple hats and contribute to both operational and strategic areas
