US Tax Preparer

We are looking for a skilled tax preparer to assist with U.S. business and individual tax returns with atleast 1 year experience. Knowledge of how to prepare US tax returns is a must for this position. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible as the tax deadline is approaching 3/15 for businesses and 4/15 for individuals.

Position: Remote Tax Preparer

Responsibilities:
• Prepare U.S. tax returns: 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1040
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. tax laws
• Organize and manage tax documents efficiently

Qualifications:
• Experience in preparing U.S. business and individual tax returns
• Knowledge of UltraTax and CCH Axcess (a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online bookkeeping (a plus)
• Must have great communication, organized, detail-oriented and self starter

If you have this experience we welcome you to let us know how many hours you can work. Preferably more than 5 hours a day. Salary ranges from $600-$900 based on experience and availability.
