We are a fast-growing medical products company that sells directly to customers through high-performing Facebook ads. Our goal is to create engaging, persuasive video ads that capture attention and drive conversions. We’re looking for a highly skilled and committed video editor who understands direct-response marketing and wants to work in a flexible, results-driven environment.

You'll be working closely with an Australian team, meaning work hours are favorable for Philippine-based applicants. No late-night shifts—just productive hours that align well with your schedule.

About the Role

As our Video Editor & Ad Creative Specialist, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, editing, and optimizing video content for Facebook ads. Your videos will directly impact our sales and growth, so we need someone who can craft scroll-stopping hooks, engaging Video Sales Letters (VSLs), and high-performing ad creatives that convert.

This isn’t just about making videos look good—it’s about making them sell. We want someone who understands both video editing and marketing, ensuring that each video is designed to capture attention, build trust, and drive action.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be editing high-quality Facebook ad videos, including short-form content and VSLs. Sourcing and creating compelling hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds will be a big part of your role. You’ll also optimize videos for conversions and engagement using proven marketing techniques, working closely with our Australian marketing team to test and refine video creatives.

Adding captions, motion graphics, and animations where needed is part of the job, along with ensuring fast turnaround times while maintaining high quality. Since digital marketing trends are always evolving, we want someone who stays updated with current ad trends and best practices in direct-response marketing.

What We’re Looking For

You should have strong video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience in direct-response marketing is a huge plus—if you’ve worked on ads that drive sales, we want to hear from you. A strong understanding of ad hooks, storytelling, and VSLs is essential.

We need someone with very good English skills since you'll be working with English scripts and captions. Thinking like a marketer, not just an editor, is key to succeeding in this role. If you have experience with A/B testing ad creatives, even better.

Self-motivation and commitment are important to us. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and is eager to learn new marketing techniques. If you're open to taking courses and training to upskill in video marketing, that’s a big advantage.
