I’m looking for a talented thumbnail designer who can create bold, engaging thumbnails in the style of Mark Tilbury (https://www.youtube.com/@marktilbury/videos). Your designs should stand out, grab attention, and drive high click-through rates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design 5 thumbnails per week that are visually compelling and optimized for high CTR.
Create thumbnails that achieve a 7%+ click-through rate by using strong contrast, bold text, and engaging visuals.
Use provided images of me while adding dynamic elements and enhancements.
Ensure thumbnails match YouTube best practices (no clutter, easy to read, strong facial expressions, vibrant colors).
Continuously improve based on performance feedback and testing.
