**Position:**
We are seeking a talented Virtual Assistant with a strong background in video editing to join our team on a part-time basis for the next 30 days, with the potential for ongoing employment. If you thrive on challenges, enjoy creating engaging content, and are ready to contribute to our mission, we want to hear from you! We get a lot of applications and we are only wanting to work with people who can communicate effectively, pay attention to detail and have a strong english comprehension. **Responsibilities:**
-Conduct a planning session with me to go over the next 30 days where we will utilize a number of marketing techniques to produce viral content
- There will be a minimum of 3 reels a week with a story a day
-The content for the week will be planned on the end of the week
- Ensure content aligns with our brand’s goals and values.
- Meet weekly deadlines and deliver winning content that drives engagement and views.
- Be prepared to show up dressed and ready for scheduled coordination sessions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience and winning results in video editing platforms and content building.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with video editing tools such as Canva, Capcut, or others (please list in your application).
- Ability to work across different time zones, coordinating during early mornings or evenings.
- Proficiency in managing and creating content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver content that achieves high engagement and views.

Compensation:
$200-350 negotiable based on experience and project proposal and bonuses are available for meeting key metrics such as views, followers, conversion to sales.
