Position Summary:

We are seeking a ROCKSTAR Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our COO. This is a fast-paced, high-expectations role that demands someone who is more than just competent. We are looking for a 10/10 VA who thrives in a results-driven, efficiency-focused environment. Simon values speed, precision, and execution above all else. If you have thick skin, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat, this could be the perfect role for you.

You will be responsible for managing the COO’s calendar, coordinating high-level communications, ensuring follow-through on tasks, and helping with strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate must be proactive, able to anticipate needs, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

-Calendar & Time Management: Organize and optimize the COO’s schedule to ensure high-priority tasks are completed first, preventing inefficiencies
-Executive-Level Communication: Professionally communicate with senior executives, stakeholders, and high-profile individuals on behalf of the COO.
-Task Management & Follow-Through: Ensure all tasks and deadlines are met without the need for reminders. Proactively follow up on any outstanding tasks or communications
-Problem Solving & Anticipation: Anticipate challenges and take action before issues arise. Resolve problems before they escalate, offering solutions and staying ahead of the curve.
-Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist with the COO’s high-level strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
-Data & Record Management: Maintain impeccable, organized records of important information, decisions, and key actions taken.
-Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
