Email Marketing Specialist

We have two eCommerce brands specializing in jewelry and accessories. We’re looking for an experienced email marketing expert to manage and execute weekly email campaigns for both brands. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, copywriting, and email performance optimization to drive engagement and sales.

Job Responsibilities
*Create and send one engaging email per week for each brand (2 total per week).
*Develop compelling copy, subject lines, and visuals that align with each brand's voice.
*Implement best practices for email marketing, segmentation, and A/B testing.
*Continually analyze email performance and make improvements to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
*Review and optimize existing email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) to improve effectiveness.
*Work with our team to ensure emails align with ongoing promotions and marketing strategies.

Qualifications
*Proven experience in email marketing and copywriting, preferably for eCommerce brands.
*Strong knowledge of Klaviyo email marketing platform
*Ability to create engaging and persuasive content that drives customer action.
*Experience with email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
*Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
