Expert Video Editor and Graphics Designer (Part-Time, Full-Time, Home-Based)

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor and Graphics Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit and produce high-quality videos for various projects (e.g., promotional content, social media, events).
2. Design engaging graphics for digital and print media (e.g., banners, posters, social media posts).
3. Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas to life.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
5. Be available for occasional on-site support during events (if needed)

Requirements:
1. Expert-level proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
2. Strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and graphic design skills.
3. Based in Metro Manila, Philippines (must be able to attend occasional on-site events).
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
5. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
6. Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs.

Job Details:
- Part-time, home-based role with the potential to transition to full-time.
- Starting rate: $250/month (negotiable based on experience and performance).
- Opportunity for salary increase to $300, $400, $500+ based on performance, project complexity, and commitment.
