Lead Generation + Appointment setting

I need a very efficient person to

1: find quality leads ( business owners, companies above 500 people, in North America and EMEA). You have to find high-value prospects creating a steady flow of leads.

2: Once you have find the lead you have to set the appointment for a call with me in the calendar. Which means that you know how to persuade people to get on a call.
