SEO Specialist

We're looking to hire someone for 20-40 hours per week to help with our SEO agency.

Specifically, we're looking for someone to help with keyword research, conversion content, programmatic SEO, creating the blog for customers, SEO auditing and making improvements to their site directly based on the audit.

I have two questions:

Is this a type of time commitment you would be available for?
Based on the list of things above, is there any of them that you cannot do?
