Social Media Manager (Reddit) - Virtual Assistant

A global marketing agency based in England, we grow creators using strategy, focus, and dedication.

We are hiring Reddit Virtual Assistants (VA), with exciting and varied day to day tasks, from posting content, warming up accounts, creating accounts and other tasks that the agency needs carried out to keep the Reddit accounts operational and growing!

If you have a background in Reddit marketing and a creative mind, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Posting – Post content across various subreddits, ensuring relevance and high engagement.
- Caption Writing – Write captions that fit within the culture of each subreddit.
- Content Upload & Spoofing – Ensure images, GIFs, and videos are formatted properly and optimized for Reddit.
- Account Management – Keep track of multiple Reddit accounts, ensuring they stay active while avoiding bans.
- Shadowban & Ban Prevention – Implement best practices to ensure accounts remain undetected, such as cookie warming.
- Strategy Optimization – Adjust posting strategies based on subreddit trends and engagement analytics.
- Basic Automation & Tools – Use relevant tools.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
? Great English – Strong writing skills with near-native English fluency.
? Great Technical / IT Skills – Comfort using proxies, anti-detect browsers, maintaining Excel sheets and other tracking data. You must be fast on a computer, can easily manage multiple tabs at once!
? Reddit Expertise – Deep familiarity with Reddit, subreddits, posting rules, and how the platform works.


Preferred (But Not Required):
? Background in growth hacking and karma farming
