Amazon FBA Wholesale Team – Multiple Roles Available

Job Description:
We are building a high-performance Amazon FBA wholesale team and looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive virtual assistants to help with our wholesale sourcing, account management, and purchase order processing.

Available Positions:
Wholesale Supplier & Brand Sourcing Specialist

Research and identify wholesale suppliers and brands
Collect and organize supplier/brand data in a spreadsheet
Ensure accurate data entry and report findings
Brand Outreach & Account Opening Specialist

Contact brands and suppliers from our database
Open wholesale accounts on behalf of our LLC
Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers
Purchase Order & Inventory Manager

Manage opened accounts and analyze supplier catalogs
Build purchase orders and recommend profitable products
Work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions
Team Manager & Process Coordinator

Oversee all operations and ensure smooth workflow
Assign tasks and ensure accountability across the team
Provide progress updates and reports
Requirements:
Experience in Amazon FBA wholesale
Strong research, communication, and organization skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
