JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a **highly skilled Virtual Assistant** to help me **maximize views and engagement** across my platforms. My name is Joshua Iyalla, a martial arts content creator with over 1.4 million followers. My goal is to inspire young men to become the best versions of themselves through motivational and educational content. Your job is to **make my life easier** by handling content editing, scheduling, social media management, and occasional administrative tasks.

This role **starts at 15 hours per week** but has the potential to become **full-time**. **Great work is rewarded extremely well** – I offer **pay increases and bonuses** based on performance. If you can help grow my content and improve engagement, this will be a **highly rewarding role**.

### **What You’ll Be Doing**

### **Social Media Tasks**

### **Facebook**

- Edit and optimize posts by trimming clips, adding text on screen, and selecting the right sounds.
- Ensure videos are engaging and formatted correctly for maximum reach.
- Upload and schedule posts using **Metricool**.

### **TikTok**

- Use my provided scripts and generate an **AI VoiceOver** of my voice using **Eleven Labs**. (this is easy and i will teach you)
- Add the VoiceOver to my videos and include **zoom-ins** to make them more engaging.
- Ensure the VoiceOver is smooth with no awkward pauses.
- Add **accurate auto-captions** and schedule posts.

### **YouTube**

- Edit videos based on my scripts, making sure they are **high-quality and engaging**.
- Select the right sounds from YouTube’s **audio library** to enhance the content.

### **General Virtual Assistant Tasks**

- Conduct **research** on relevant topics.
- **Book meetings** and manage my schedule when needed.
- Assist with other **basic admin tasks** to streamline my workflow.

- **Strong attention to detail** – Auto-captions and sounds must match the video’s tone.
- **Social media expertise** – You understand what works and how to increase views.
- **Great intuition** – You can make smart decisions without needing step-by-step instructions.
- **Analytics & reporting skills** – You’ll provide **weekly reports** on content performance and offer improvement suggestions.
- **AI & tech-savvy** – You must be comfortable using **ChatGPT, AI tools, and automation** to streamline tasks.
- **Highly organized** – Ability to handle basic admin work efficiently.
