Dispute Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced Dispute Specialist who can help me process chargebacks and set up a workflow for handling high-risk transactions and disputes.

Scope of Work:
Assist with chargeback processing
Provide guidance on handling high-risk transactions
Create or provide relevant dispute documentation
Offer recommendations to minimize future disputes
Requirements:
Experience with chargebacks and dispute resolution
Familiarity with payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or similar)
Ability to provide necessary documentation templates

? Estimated Time: 2-3 hours (one-time task)
