About Us:

We’re a remote-first design agency reimagining how creative teams can work. By cultivating a culture of curiosity, intentionality, and radical trust, we create space for creatives to channel their full energy into work that transforms and resonates.

Born from our collective experiences in creative industries, we're crafting an approach that honors the human behind the work and is sustained through meaningful partnerships, high operational standards, and clear-eyed strategy. Here, excellence isn’t just possible, but inevitable — the natural outcome of how we work together.

Project Overview:

Our client, a respected leader in corporate reporting, is engaging us to develop ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) report design concepts. Our team will create the visual direction and templates that their in-house production team will use to execute the full report. This represents an opportunity to shape the visual direction of important corporate sustainability communications while working with a prestigious end client.

We're looking to fill multiple design positions for this project: 1 Art Director (AD), 1 Lead Designer (LD), and 1 Associate Designer (AsD). While the focus is on design direction for an ESG report, strong performance could lead to involvement in diverse creative projects with this and other clients. Team members will have the opportunity to develop expertise in corporate communications while working in a collaborative environment that values creative growth.

Schedule:

- 5–8 hrs. per week for 4 weeks
- Communications during EST office hours, or between 10 PM–6 AM PH time

Responsibilities:

- Drive concept development and study phase execution
- Create sophisticated layout systems and templates for ESG content
- Design key elements including covers, section breakers, and data visualizations
- Ensure template system scalability and technical specification compliance
- Review and approve final file packages
- Develop innovative solutions for complex design challenges
- Track project challenges and successes for postmortem discussion

Team Collaboration:

- Execute design direction received from Art Director
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to Associate Designer
- Coordinate file organization and delivery requirements between Associate Designer and Project Manager
- Submit design work to Art Director for review and approval
- Report project progress and challenges to Project Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Must be based in the Philippines
- 3–5 years of experience in editorial and print design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in long-form document design and information visualization
- Advanced understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles
- Proven ability to develop and maintain consistent design systems across multi-page documents
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign; advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong English communication skills, with ability to clearly explain design decisions and technical requirements
- Thorough understanding of print and digital production requirements
- Experience implementing template systems and establishing efficient file organization
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong project management skills with ability to track progress and meet deadlines
- Experience working with corporate brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control practices
- Collaborative approach with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on practical solutions within project constraints
