Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Job Description
Bell Rae Realty is a **growing real estate brokerage** seeking a **highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant** to support our operations in lead generation, agent recruitment, transaction management, marketing, and back-office administration.

As a key member of our team, you will assist in **expanding our brokerage, streamlining processes, and enhancing client and agent experiences.** We need someone with a **strong background in real estate, marketing, or administrative support** who can work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Identify and generate leads for **buyers, sellers, and investors** through various online platforms.
- Manage and update leads in the **CRM**, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Develop and execute **email and SMS marketing campaigns** to nurture leads.

Agent Recruitment & Onboarding
- Research, identify, and reach out to **real estate agents** for recruitment.
- Schedule interviews and track recruitment progress.
- Assist in onboarding new agents, including developing training materials, contracts, and tech setup.

Transaction Coordination & Listing Management
- Assist agents in **preparing contracts, disclosures, and addendums.
- Coordinate with **title companies, lenders, and clients** to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain compliance with **Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC) regulations** and brokerage policies.
- Upload and manage property listings on **MLS, Zillow, and other real estate platforms**.

Marketing & Social Media Management
- Create and schedule engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Manage **Google Ads and Facebook Ads**, optimizing for real estate lead generation.
- Assist in designing **flyers, brochures, and marketing materials** for listings and branding.
- Write and send **email newsletters** and blog content to engage clients and agents.

Administrative & Office Support
- Manage the broker’s calendar, appointments, and email communications
- Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and transaction records.
- Track **expenses, invoices, and financial reports** related to brokerage operations.
- Respond to **client inquiries, messages, and follow-ups** professionally.

Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, administrative support, or marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS platforms, transaction management software, and social media tools.
- Strong skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and content creation.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent **communication skills** (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and **prioritize tasks effectively** in a fast-paced environment.
