Video Editor (Premiere Pro / After Effects) – Mikki Mase Content

We are looking for skilled video editors experienced in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to join our team. You’ll be working on high-energy, engaging short-form content for Mikki Mase, editing viral-style videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities:
Edit 5 short-form videos per day (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, IG Reels)
Use dynamic cuts, engaging transitions, high-energy effects, and motion graphics
Implement After Effects for animations, title effects, and smooth motion graphics
Follow a fast-paced, meme-style, retention-focused editing style
Work with sound effects, subtitles, zooms, and quick pacing to keep viewers engaged
Ensure high-quality, consistent output that matches our style
Deliver daily edits on time and be open to feedback

Requirements:
?? Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (mandatory)
?? Experience editing short-form viral content (MrBeast, Andrew Tate, Iman Gadzhi-style)
?? Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention tactics
?? Ability to create motion graphics, animations, and engaging text effects
?? Fluent in English (understanding context is important)
?? Reliable, fast turnaround, and able to meet deadlines

Salary & Bonuses:
Starting salary: 25,000 PHP per month
Strong bonus structure based on performance and quality of work
